Through this site's contact form we collect the name, phone number, email address and message that a visitor chooses to send us. This information is provided voluntarily by whoever fills out the form, typically administrative or management staff at a school interested in our content. In addition, through Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies we collect browsing data (pages visited, device, approximate location) to understand how the site is used and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns.
Contact form data is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare quotes, and follow up commercially. Browsing data (cookies) is used to measure how many people visit the site, which pages they find most interesting, and how effective our Google advertising campaigns are. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties for purposes other than those described here, unless required by law.
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads cookies to measure visits and advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings; the site works the same without them, though we would no longer be able to measure your visit. We do not use cookies to individually identify you or for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
This website is aimed at educational institutions, not students. The contact form is not intended to be filled out by minors, and we do not intentionally collect data from children or teenagers through it. Data belonging to students who use CASURID's educational platform (ava.casurid.com) is handled under a separate agreement with each school, with its own protective measures, and is not covered by this website's policy.
Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its implementing decrees, you have the right to know, update and correct your personal data; to request proof of the authorization you gave us; to be informed of how it has been used; to file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; to revoke your authorization and/or request deletion of your data when no legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it; and to access your data free of charge.
You can exercise any of these rights by writing to ventas@casurid.com, stating your full name and your specific request. We respond to inquiries within 10 business days and to complaints within 15 business days of receipt, as required by law.
The entity overseeing compliance with personal data protection regulations in Colombia is the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (SIC). You may contact them if you believe we have not handled your request in accordance with the law.
We may update this policy whenever our data processing practices or applicable regulations change. The date of the last update always appears at the top of this page.
